Eligibility for membership does not guarantee, and one cannot assume, automatic grant of membership.
Approved at the February 4 North Shore Republican Women meeting:
In accordance with the National Federation of Republican Women’s “Conduct and Discipline” guidelines, a Primary member or an Associate member may invite two guests to a regularly scheduled meeting. After attending two meetings a guest will be required to join by paying required dues.
Code of Conduct
1. Integrity and Ethical Behavior: Individuals shall act honestly, ethically, and with integrity in all organizational matters and shall avoid conduct that could damage the reputation of the organization.
2. Respectful Conduct: Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or retaliation of any kind will not be tolerated. All individuals shall be treated with dignity and respect.
3. Conduct at meetings and events: Individuals shall behave professionally and responsibly at meetings, events, and activities sponsored by or associated with the organization.
4. Enforcement: Violations of this Code may result in corrective action, including removal from office, committee assignment, or membership consistent with the Bylaws and Standing Rules.
